Discover Deep Relaxation and Rejuvenation, experience the profound benefits of Thai Yoga Massage, a unique and therapeutic practice. This ancient healing art, also known as Nuad Boran, combines acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and gentle stretching to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

What to Expect During Your Thai Yoga Massage Session:

Unlike traditional massage, Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a comfortable mat on the floor. You will remain fully clothed, so it is recommended to wear loose, comfortable attire, allowing for ease of movement. Our experienced therapist, trained in authentic Thai Yoga Massage techniques, will guide you through a series of flowing movements, applying rhythmic compressions and stretches along energy lines (Sen lines) throughout your body. Your therapist will use their hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms and sometimes even their feet to apply firm pressure to your body.

During a session, you can expect:

  • Gentle Stretching & Mobilisation: Your therapist will gently move your body into yoga-like postures, improving flexibility and range of motion.

  • Acupressure & Compression: Focused pressure will be applied to specific points along your energy lines to release blockages and promote energy flow.

  • Deep Relaxation: The combination of stretching and pressure creates a deeply relaxing and meditative experience.

  • Improved Circulation: The massage enhances blood flow and lymphatic drainage, promoting detoxification.

  • Reduced Muscle Tension: Targeted pressure and stretching relieve muscle tightness and soreness.

  • Enhanced Energy Flow: By working on the Sen lines, the massage restores balance and harmony to your body's energy system.

How You Might Feel After Your Thai Yoga Massage:

Following your session, you may experience:

  • A sense of deep relaxation and calmness.

  • Increased flexibility and range of motion.

  • Reduced muscle tension and pain.

  • Improved sleep quality.

  • A feeling of lightness and renewed energy.

  • Enhanced mental clarity.

Aftercare Advice:

To maximise the benefits of your Thai Yoga Massage, we recommend the following aftercare:

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins released during the massage.

  • Rest: Allow your body time to integrate the effects of the massage. Avoid strenuous activity for a few hours.

  • Gentle Movement: Light stretching or a gentle walk can help maintain flexibility.

  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any sensations and rest if needed.

  • Consider follow-up sessions: Regular Thai Yoga Massage can provide cumulative benefits for your overall well-being.
