What is Craniosacral Therapy?

CST uses light touch therapy to listen to the body's motions, in particular the membrane system and its fluids known as the Craniosacral system which houses the brain and the spinal cord responsible for nervous system function. Craniosacral Therapy assists the body and mind in balancing the nervous system. Facilitating the body’s own natural intelligence for the process of restoration, encouraging deep stillness and helping let go of stress on an emotional and physical level. Craniosacral Therapy can often initiate profound shifts and despite its gentle approach appeals to the body's wisdom to bring about vast re-balancing, and empowering the body to heal itself.
