Neeley has trained with the world, renowned trauma expert Gabor Maté as a Compassionate Inquiry® practitioner .
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
Using Compassionate Inquiry®, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
When we can release ourselves from the hold of these stories, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.
Compassionate Inquiry® is a trauma informed approach that weaves together a rich tapestry of neuroscience, mindfulness and somatic, relational and attachment-based psychotherapy .
With over a decade of experience in wellness, Neeley has trained in numerous nervous system regulation approaches , as a trauma informed practitioner and Reflexologist.
Neeley gently guides you through somatic practices which aim to help you remove the protective armor of the past and rediscover who you were before trauma.
Soma means the body, so let’s gently guide you from your head into the experience of your body, where your nervous system can be re-patterned . In somatic work, we pay attention to all clues available, whether they come as language, sensations, images, impulses or anything else. It’s about paying attention to what’s ready to emerge and allowing the body to guide the pace of healing. This is my work as a body wisdom inviter.

With Neeley, you will learn how to:

* Express or respond to a feeling of stress in a way you couldn’t before to discharge survival hormones and bring a traumatic experience to completion
* Attune to the group in a relational safe container, as we all Co regulate through a trauma informed educational lens and felt sense explorations.
Healing is rediscovering who you are before the survival responses of your nervous system told you who to be. Consciousness, like healing, is ever-evolving and unfolding.
