Audrey's wellness and beauty practice is a practice that aims to bridge the gap between holistic, aesthetic and medical practices. She has been a dedicated practitioner of holistic therapies and beauty since 2015 and is passionate about empowering her patients to understand their bodies, providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal and make informative choices about treatments and therapies.
Audrey specialises in creating bespoke treatments, skincare consultancy, prenatal and postnatal wellness and remedial recovery therapy.

For my first visit to Audrey and as my first proper treatment since giving birth 18 months ago I didn’t really know what to expect from the session.
Audrey was friendly, polite and very accommodating, she made feel very relaxed.
The space was calming and her technique was soothing. I would definitely go back and book another (perhaps longer!) session with her as it came to a point where I really didn’t want it to end.
